Terms of Service

1. The service

Araknet is a marketplace connecting companies looking for software development and freelance developers. The Operator provides the matching platform only: it is not a party to contracts concluded between users, does not guarantee the conclusion, quality or outcome of any work, and takes no commission on the pay agreed between the parties.

2. Accounts

• You may register if you are at least 18 years old.
• During activation you choose a role — company or developer — which is permanent for the account.
• The information you provide must be truthful and up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Credits

Some actions on the platform (posting a project, placing an offer) consume prepaid credits. Credits exist to keep projects and offers serious.

• Credits are obtained through paid packs or promotions by the Operator.
• The credit cost of each action is shown in the platform and may change; changes are never retroactive.
• Credits cannot be converted to money or transferred to other accounts.
• Credits already spent on completed actions (posted project, placed offer) are non-refundable.
• Statutory consumer withdrawal rights apply to pack purchases where the legal conditions are met.

4. Rules of use

It is forbidden to:

• post fake or misleading projects or offers, or ones related to unlawful activities;
• include contact details or identifying references in anonymous content (title, description, offer message) before acceptance;
• attempt to identify the counterpart before acceptance or circumvent the platform mechanisms;
• use the platform for spam, data harvesting or purposes other than its intended operation;
• post offensive or defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights.

5. Anonymity and contact

Company and developer identities remain mutually anonymous until an offer is accepted. After acceptance the parties receive each other's profiles and deal directly: the contract, pay, invoicing and tax obligations of the work are the exclusive responsibility of the parties.

6. Suspension and termination

In case of violation of these terms the Operator may suspend or close the account, remove content and, in serious cases (fraud, repeated abuse), withhold remaining credits as compensation. You may close your account at any time by writing to info@araknet.cloud.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is": the Operator strives to keep it available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from relationships between users or their conduct. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes and applicable law

The Operator may update these terms with notice on the site; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Italian law applies; the courts of Padova have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues. In case of discrepancies, the Italian version prevails.
